The City and Industrial Development Corporation or CIDCO was set up under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) to provide affordable housing for economically backward residents of Navi Mumbai. - The applicant must be above the age of 18 years.

What Is the Process of Taking Part in the CIDCO Online Lottery?
The CIDCO online lottery scheme allows individuals to take part in this draw only with valid registration within the specified date. For instance, the online form fill-up process was initiated from 15th August 2020, and the last date of form submission is 17th September 2020.
Following is the step-by-step process to apply under this scheme.
Step 1: First, you need to visit the official website of CIDCO online lottery.
Step 2: Then, click on the tab ‘Register for lottery’ to proceed.
Step 3: Fill up the application form with necessary details and PAN card number, Aadhaar number, bank details, etc.
Step 4: Now, submit the soft copies of the documents mentioned in the form.
Step 5: Go through the entire form once and ensure that there is no error.
Step 6: Click on the ‘submit’ button.
Step 7: Choose an online payment option.
Step 8: Complete registration with fee payment. The registration fees for the EWS category are Rs.5,000, whereas for LIG it is Rs.25,000.
